Her clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, with a deep commitment to partnering with her patients with the goal of returning to optimal function and quality of life, as well as the activities they love.
As a former Division I collegiate swimmer and athletic trainer, Kristi brings a specialized understanding to the rehabilitation and performance training of swimmers. She offers land-based rehab, individualized performance programs, and expert swimming video analysis to enhance technique, prevent injuries, and support a strong return to the pool.
